African-Australian. Americas Divisions Mirrored in Australia

"MELBOURNE'S African communities, particularly those from the Horn of Africa, are in danger of becoming socially excluded because of unemployment rates pushing 90 per cent."
"It is claimed younger Africans who have studied in Australia find it hard to gain work because of racist attitudes."

Another example of the failure of multiculturalism.

Is it harder for Africans to find work in Australia due to negative attitudes towards African people?
Should affirmative action be enforced in Australia to ensure that Africans have the equal outcomes to non Africans?
If measures are not taken will African unemployment lead to disenfranchised youth turning to gangs and violence?
Would unemployed African youth gangs lead to further racism and stigmatization of Africans in Australia?
Will Australians be made to apologized for making Africans feel isolated and unwelcome and asked to pay reparations and form programs and charities that only benefit Africans?

The debate is nothing new. Americans have been dealing with similar questions and they are yet to find any solution that is embraced by both African Americans and non African Americans. The damage has been done and America looks to have a future of inequality and division for decades to come.

But one thing is for sure. Increasing African immigration to Australia will not decrease discrimination or improve African employment levels. Allot of Africans are clearly unhappy in Australia and many Australians are unhappy to have Africans in their suburbs. The numbers of Africans in Australia is extremely low yet we are already having these issue brought up in mainstream media.

Remember who it is that is taking people from of violent war torn countries and introducing them in to unfamiliar environments. Who is to blame? Is it the racist whites? Is it the tribal Africans? Or is it the fault of the government who is forcing integration of two vastly different cultures/peoples?
